Our Mission Statement

The Junior Rockhounds of Central New York is a youth program sponsored by the Syracuse Gem and Mineral Society. The program fosters youth activities in the earth sciences and lapidary arts in a family fun style. It is open to all young club members from 4 to 18 as well as the parents and the grandparents who may accompany them.
